Rogers Cattle Company is a diversified operation with the primary focus being the production of forage-based seedstock and meat production.  A Red and Black Angus cow herd provide bulls, steers and heifers that are sold to customers in the North Carolina and surrounding states.  Bull customers have the opportunity to sell their calves back to Rogers Cattle Company.  These calves are developed and market as replacement heifers or pasture-raised beef.  Katahdin hair sheep were added to better utilize the available forage resources on the farm.  They thrive on forage species that are less desirable to cattle.  Pasture-raised beef and lamb are sold off the farm and a farmer’s market in Hillsborough and Cary, NC.
